a canibal goes into the doctors and says "doctor im really depressed, what can i do?"

the doctor replies, "Go on holiday for a week and come back and tell me how you got on"

The cannibal agrees and goes on holiday, he comes back in a week and he has an arm and a leg missing.

The doctor shouts at him "what the f**k happen to you???"

the cannibal replied "Nothing, it was self catering"
