A woman goes to the doctors complaining of stomach pains so the doctor tells her to lie down on the bed. He feels around for a while then says
"Well Mrs Smith do you like changing nappies?"
She looks at him suprised and says
"Ohhh doctor am i pregnant?"
"No" The doctor replied "You've got bowel cancer."
