Mr And Mrs Smith

Comedy-thriller Mr and Mrs Smith has gone to the top of the UK box office in it's first week of release, beating Star Wars Episode 3: The Return of the Sith, into second place.

The film revolves around a married couple who are secretly both top assassins, and they are then hired to kill each other. Much gunplay ensues, naturally.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie star, directed by Doug Liman.

Vin Diesel 'comedy' The Pacifier is at number four, with Sin City and House of Wax rounding out the top five films in the UK and Ireland.
