Those lovable twosome, Wallace and Gromit, are this weekend appearing
in previews for their first feature-length film - Wallace and Gromit and the
Curse of the Were-Rabbit.
This follows on from previous short films Wallace and Gromit's Big Day Out, A
Close Shave and The Wrong Trousers, all made by Aardman Productions and Nick
Park.
After the sucess of the shorter length stories, and of Chicken Run (a
spoof/remake of The Great Escape with chickens - if you didn't know that why
haven't you seen it, it's great) this new film sees them attempt to protect a
gardening festival from the ferocious attentions of the titular monster.
As ever, Gromit will be playing the Silent Bob role, doing more (and funnier)
acting with his face alone than most comedians manage in a week. The film is
fully released next week across the UK.
