Some more trailers today for your delight and amusement.
Firstly, we present a Dreamworks, er, presentation! Over The Hedge is an
animated comedy starring (the voices of...) Bruce Willis, William Shatner and
Nick Nolte, amongst others. They are playing a group of animals who suddenly
discover a large hedge has been put up between them and their food.
On the other side of the hedge is every American suburbanite's dream...until
the animals get in. Then, it's time to call in the Verminator what looks like
some extremely over-the-top slapstick fun.

Secondly, Disney are firing back with their own animated spectacular,
via the terribly clever people at Pixar.
Cars features the voices of Paul Newman, Owen Wilson Jennifer Lews and
Michael Keaton and tells the story of Lightning McQueen (great name!), a racecar
that finds himself doing community service in Radiator Springs after coming off
the road a little too fast. He learns lessons...etc etc etc. It looks fabulous,
has an allstar cast, and you can see the trailer here.
Lastly, Ice Age 2: The Meltdown. All the stars (yes, especially the
cute little squirrel guy Scrat) return for the sequel to the first film. This
time the Ice Age is melting and Manny (Ray Romano), Sid (John Leguizamo) and
Diego (Denis Leary) reunite to warn the others. However, things get a little
complicated when Manny meets Ellie (Queen Latifah). And throughout it all,
there's Scrat, trying to hoard acorns.
