It's not like there weren't enough computer animated films being
released this year that an entirely new studio felt obliged to jump on the
bandwagon. Exodus Film Group have three films planned for release in 2007. And
they're certainly doing it in style roping in Christian Slater, Jay Leno, Steve
Buscemi and John Cleese to provide the voices for one of their endeavours.
The film in question is called Igor. Can you guess what it is
yet?
Yes, the evil scientist's hunched-back lab assistant is coming to a kiddies'
film near you!
The title character is being voiced by Slater and the story goes that he
wants to win the annual Evil Science Fair but his math'ter (sorry) master, Dr.
Glickenstein (Cleese), isn't making it easy for him. On his side, however, is a
mutated, undead, lab bunny being voiced by Buscemi. The rabbit is supposedly
super-intelligent yet incredibly sarcastic and ever-so slightly self conscious
about the tire tread marks across his stomach.
What's next? Coming soon: the hilarious animated adventures of Jason
Vorhees!
