Monty Python and Fawlty Towers star John Cleese is to make a guest appearance
in the next series of hit US sitcom "Will and Grace".
He will appear in six episodes of the series in the role of Lestor
Finster. His character, in true Jerry Springer style, will have a romance
with Karen Walker who's dead husband had an affair with Lestor
Finster's daughter, played by Minnie Driver.
We don't watch the show ourselves but we are assuming that the dead husband
was a live husband at the time of the affair as such storyline's are yet to make
it into prime-time american sitcoms.
Jeff Greenstein, the show's producer, said "Cleese is well loved in America
from his Python days and we're sure our British audience will get a kick out of
seeing him."
The series will be screened in Britain sometime next year, so brace
yourselves for a good kicking.
