Bo Selecta is set to return to Channel 4 this summer for its third
series. But in a recent interview with Radio 1, the show's celebrity
stalker Avid Merrion hinted at a change of format. It appears that because
Avid wants to get closer to the celebrities (litterally), the new series may be
similar in format to a chat show.
Avid told Radio 1: "We are changing the format so it is more like a chat
show, because recently, I have found that celebrities, they don't mind me coming
up to them and me telling them I want to put my wet on them.
"So it's easier to get guests. Apparently I have found out that George
Michael - he likes the programme, Robbie Williams...I am hoping that even though
we have to travel, we will go to their houses."
We will let you know dates for the third series of Bo Selecta when we have
them.
