A
couple of anouncements from ‘inside’ the Little Britain camp has suggested that the upcoming
third series may be the last.
The
current schedule sees the next series being aired in the autumn then David
Walliams and Matt Lucas taking the sketch show on a 100+ date countrywide tour
staring in October and then moving on to pastures green.
One
source stated that their next plan would either be a totally new project or,
“spin-off one of the characters into a different
programme.”
Another
source went as far to imply that the duo are quite keen to take a break from
each other for a while.
Tour
tickets are practically all sold out, apart from unannounced Londond dates. What
