As we reported a few months ago, Stephen Fry is to present a new Quiz
show this autumn on BBC2, called Q.I.
Q.I. (pronounced "Q.I.") will be a quiz show with a slight difference.
The celebrity contestants will be awarded points not for giving the
correct answers to the shows insanely difficult questions, but for
giving the most interesting answers.
Celebrity guests for the show will include:
Rich Hall
Bill Bailey
Dave Gorman
Jo Brand
Jimmy Carr
Sean
Lock
Rob Brydon
But that's not all. And you thought it
was. You idiot. No, Fry is also set to star alongside John Bird
in a new BBC comedy called Absolute Power. The sitcom will star the pair
as spin-doctors who represent the famous, the rich and the powerful. The
show, written by Mark Lawson and Andy Rattenbury will begin in on BBC2 later
this year, around the same time as Q.I.
