If the trek up to Edinburgh would have been just a bit too far for you, but a
trek to London would be less painful, then you will be pleased to hear that for
the first time in it's five year history "The Best Of The Fest" is venturing out
from the sanctuary of Edinburgh's "Assembly Rooms" for a five day run at the
Bloomsbury Theatre.
"Best of the Fest London", sponsored by Nokia and Orange, takes
place from 23rd to 27th September 2003 and features some of the best talent
from this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
The show will be hosted Boothby Graffoe, and will feature Dara O'Brian,
Lucy Porter, Terry Alderton, Phil Nicol, poet Murray Lachlan Young and this
year's brightest Fringe newcomer Inder Manocha.
Tickets are available from the Bloomsbury Theatre box office on 0207 388 8822
and cost £12 or £10 concessions.
We have two pairs of tickets to give away for Wednesday's show on September 24th. A pair
each will go to the first two people who can email
us (including their contact details)
and correctly tell us where stand-up comedian Boothby Graffoe got his name. Deadline
for entries is Noon on Tuesday.
