The Donald Henderson Society for International Health will be hosting a
comedy night at the Sussex Arts Club on the 19th of April, starting at 7pm.
This charity event will help to raise money for WaterAid, a charity which
uses practical solutions to provide safe water, effective sanitation and hygiene
education to the world's poorest people. Take a look at (www.wateraid.org.uk)
The WaterAid website for more details.
Of course, the reason you're reading this news story is to find out who's on.
So here's the list:
Richard Herring, star of Fist of Fun and This Morning With Richard Not Judy.
Also known for his Edinburgh Festival shows and as the author of several
books.
Stephen Grant, the regular MC at the Komedy Krater.
Drew Cameron, voted Best New Comedian on ITV.
And lastly, but certainly not leastly (is that a word?) is Zoe Lyons, winner
of the Babycham Funny Women Comedy Award 2004 and finalist in Channel 4's 'So
You Think You're Funny' 2004.
What we're trying to get across here is that you've got four talented
comedians, the money goes to charity, you laugh, you feel good about yourself -
everyone's a winner. Go, book tickets
