We've all had teachers we like and teachers we hate. School used
to be a dangerous place, put one foot out of line and the Maths teacher would
throw a board-rubber at you, or the PE teacher would put a javelin through your
head. But that's all changed. School is so much safer now that all
the kids are carrying firearms, an MP5 Assault Rifle can repel a projectile
board-rubber at literally hundreds of metres.
However, there are some children who are still not safe, and that is those
taught by teacher Mr Bagshaw. Or at least they would be if he was not a
fictional comedy character created Mackenzie Crook, star of the BBC's award
winning comedy series The Office.
Crook, who is best known for his Office role of Garath created the comic
character of the teacher several years ago, and was performing as him even
before his days on The Office.
Mr Bagshaw will be performing 25 dates around the country, starting with
Cambridge on 2nd November, and provides an ample range of venues for those of
you who wish to be school children again for the night (in a non-suburban
school-uniform fetish-dressing sort of way) to attend.
