Pete and Dud: Come Again is too close early. The play, on at the Venue,
Leicester Square, tells the story of Peter Cook and Dudley Moore's tempestuous
relationship from Moore's point of view.
It features several sketches that are so similar in style to the original
material that even some of the critics were fooled.
The play will now close on the 29th April, five weeks earlier than originally
planned.
Starring Tom Goodman-Hill as Peter Cook and Kevin Bishop as Dudley Moore, it
was first a hit at last year's Edinburgh Festival before transferring to the
West End in March.
