Doug Healy, who has been described as "Scotlands cleanest and funniest comedian" by... er...
himself (so it must be true) will be appearing as Pontius Pilate in a Dundas Production
of "The Life of Jesus Christ".
Healy, best known for his tribute act to classic Scot comic Chic Murray,
can be seen in the show from 10th June to 14th June 2003 at the Dundas Castle
Estate Near South Queensferry just a few miles north of Edinburgh Scotland
Throughout the play the audience are encouraged to shout "He's behind you!"
whenever Judas comes on stage and the show culminates with a custard pie fight
from the top of the crucifixes... At least it does in our heads, but it's
not actually a comedy at all and we made all that up... sorry God.
