At a celebrity party in London last night, raunchy lads magazine 'Loaded' awarded top British comic Ross Noble with its 'Best Stand-up' award.  Along with Ross Noble, whos award was sponsored by comedy club chain 'Jongleurs', Channel 4's Bo' Selecta! was awarded the 'Funniest Show on TV'.  The shows Avid Merrion was given the all-encompassing title of 'Funniest man of the year'.

Also up for awards was Radio 1's new breakfast show host Chris Moyles, who took the 'Funniest radio programme' title.  And (rather oddly) Ant and Dec (who are famed for their ground-breaking comedy work in the industry*) were named 'Best comedy duo'.
