This utterly terrible 'Comedian' just will not go away.  Just when we think we can get on with our lives and report on real comedians, the 'Comedy Terrorist' goes and does something else that puts him straight to the top of the news headlines.

Barschak has been jailed for 28 days following one of his latest publicity stunts in which he threw red paint over Turner-nominated artist Jake Chapman.  Last month magistrates in Oxford found him guilty of causing criminal damage, and he was sentenced today to a month of being extra cautious while handling the soap in the showers.

Barschak told police he was "collaborating" with the artist and that he wanted to enter photos of the event at the Modern Art Oxford gallery in the Turner Prize.  But in convicting him the judge said "This was not the creation of a work of art, but the creation of a complete mess."

But we doubt prison will hold Barschak for long.  He was famed earlier this year for beating the Windsor Castle security and gate crashing Prince Williams birthday party, so we guess that defeating prison security and climbing yet another wall will be childsplay for him.
