Neil MorrisseyNot content with owning two hotels and a pub in the town of Laugharne, Wales, Neil Morrisey is now a contender for buying the 13th century Laugharne Castle which goes up for auction in June.

Morrisey and business partners have been in the town for three years now and the locals have come to respect and trust his business ethics. He is being called the "Lord of Laugharne."

Morrisey stated, "I am very excited to be expanding the business in what I consider to be my second home."

After the castle, Morrisey will probably be looking to buy up the rest of the town so he can charge double the rent when someone lands there. Unfortunately, all that will be left is a post box and the 7-Eleven.
