Founded by Darrel Martin ten years ago, JTT has established
itself as one of the Countries best, funniest and most prestigious comedy
nights. Attracting such acts as Johnny
Vegas, Dylan
Moran and Ross Noble
to its other
home at Cabaret in Nottingham. Where else could you see arena filling acts in a
three hundred capacity room?
So what can you expect at the Leicester
branch of JTT? The organisers claim to have the best Friday
night out in town, and looking at the lineup they may very well be
right! The event will be taking place at The Music Café, above The Jam Jar,
on Braunstone Gate, a 250 capacity, fully seated venue. As well as the usual
drinks available, there will be "Lip Smackin'" food on offer until late and
doubles + mixers at £2.50 and selected bottles of Lager at £1.50. (Great comedy
AND cheap drinks, so far so good).
Doors open at 8.30, show starts t 9.30. DJ's thereafter until
2am.
Admission is £8 and £7 NUS &NHS concession.
So to the main part of the evening…. the acts...
