Wednesday 10th December sees the finals of the British Comedy Awards
2003, an event that ITV is promising to be one of the television events of the
year. The event will be screened on ITV1 at 9:00pm.
Last years awards saw Ricky
Gervais crowned the king of comedy, with his series The
Office
picking up 'Best TV Comedy' along with taking 'Best
Actor' for his character David Brent. Graham Norton was also celebrating
after collecting his sixth British Comedy Award.
This years ceremony, which will be hosted by Jonathan Ross, promises to be
no less eventful, with an excellent line-up of nominees pitched against each
other for the coveted awards. This years nominees are as follows:
